  "MASTER UP" PASTRY ADDITIVE
"Master Up" with its upper level formula is an additive that has the function of emulsifier and stabilized used in sponge cakes, rolls and other cakes. "Master Up", produced with vegetable base raw materials, decreases the egg consumption half. It decreases the preparation period to only 4- 5 minutes in contrary to traditional methods that last more than one hour, by ensuring whipping up all the materials simultaneously.
