MONDESSERT TIRAMISU - POWDER MIX FOR MAKING OF VENICE STYLE TIRAMISU
It is a powder mix for making of the "Venice" style Tiramisu. It has a very simple application. It contains special Mascarpone cheese used in making of Tiramisu. Mondesert Tiramisu powder mix with authentic Italian taste, is only mixed with water (+4C) for 4 minutes and applied to sponge cake or sponge fingers that are prepared before and wetted with coffee syrup. With 1 kg powder, 3 kg mixture is obtained and with this mixture, approximately 60 portions are obtained. The Venice style Tiramisu must be served cold with sponge.
POWDER MIX FOR MAKING OF MONDESSERT CREM BRULEE AND CREM CATALAN
Mondessert Crème Brulee powder mix, used in making of CREME BRULEE and CREM CATALAN that are favorite desserts of HO.RE.CA, does not contain egg and no fat is added and the most importantly, it contains a special "Madagascar bar vanilla" in its content. Its preparation is very simple and quick. After 1 liter milk is boiled, 200 gr. powder mix is added and boiled again. The obtained mixture is put into mini cups and brown sugar is caramelized and poured on them. With the above receipt, 12 portions are obtained.
POWDER MIX FOR MAKING OF MONDESSERT CREME CARAMEL
It does not contain egg and no fat is added. Besides, Mondesert Crème Caramel with special Madagascar bar vanilla in its content has a very light and tasteful structure. Its preparation is very simple and quick. After 1 liter milk is boiled, 200 gr. powder mix is added and boiled again. After a homogenous structure is obtained, it is poured in cups of which bases are filled with caramel topping and after they are left in the refrigerator for 4 hours, they are serviced. With 1 kg milk and 200 gr. powder mix, 12 portions are obtained.
POWDER MIX FOR MAKÝNG OF ITALIAN MONDESERT PANNA COTTA
For making of Panna Cotta, one of the most famous Italian desserts and a trend of recent years, the powder mix 100 gr. Panna Cotta Mondessert is added in 500 gr. warm milk and waited for 3 minutes until a smooth structure is obtained. Then, 500 gr. Halta Cucina Vegetable Food crème is added, poured in cup molds and waited for about 3 hours. It is serviced with fresh fruits or stewed fruits.
POWDER MIX FOR MAKING OF BESCIAMI BECHAMEL SAUCE
The powder mix Besciami in taste of homemade Italian béchamel sauce is practical, quick to ready and only prepared by adding cold water without need of heating. It is ideal to prepare fresh sauce. It is lighter and durable than béchamel sauce prepared by using traditional methods. Its receipt is rather simple. 350 gr. powder Besciami and 1 liter water is whisked until desired consistency is obtained and applied in the food.
