Materials:
500 gr. Mondessert Tiramisu Powder mix
1 lt. cold water (+4 c.)
Mocha coffee syrup
50 gr. Granulated sugar
100 gr. Cacao
3 layers pastaban
4 strawberries
4 pinches fresh mint
Preparation:
Whisk 500 gr. Mondessert Tiramisu Mix with cold water for 4 minutes with a mixer in high cycle. Add 50gr.
granulated sugar in your mocha coffee. Use a circle or mold to lay your 3 layers of cake base. Put your first case base in the circle or mold and wet it with mocha coffee syrup. Spread previously prepared Mondessert Tiramisu Powder Mix on the wetted cake base. Then coat the cake with cacao by sieving it. After you apply this procedure for 3 times, coat the upper layer with cacao. Make a small decoration by using the remaining Mondessert Tiramisu Mix. Also use previously prepared strawberries and fresh mints for your decoration. Put the cake in the refrigerator for cooling for about 4 hours.
After it is cooled in the refrigerator, take it out from the mold and service it with a spoon.
