Tortellini With Mushroom

Materials :
1 pack tortellini
250 gr. Mushroom
1 box Halta Cucina Vegetable Liquid Food crème (200 ml)
1 dessert spoon of flour
2 table spoons of liquid oil
Salt
6 slices of calf’s ham
75 gr. grated Parmesan Cheese


Boil Tortellini in hot water. While Tortellini is being boiled, put very thin sliced mushrooms in a pan by adding 2 spoons of liquid oil. Roast until water of mushrooms boil down. Then transfer Halta Cucina Vegetable liquid Food Crème in the pan of mushrooms.
Add one pinch of salt and wait for its boiling.
On the other hand, sieve water of boiled tortellini and put in the pan again.
Pour the mushroom sauce on it and mix all.
Finally, decorate tortellini with 6 slices of calf’s ham (cut in julienne shape) and Parmesan cheese.
